SHIPPING & RETURNS
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Delivery will be effected by The Courier Guy for South African deliveries and DHL for international deliveries.

ORDERS IN SOUTH AFRICA
Trace your parcel online using the tracking number provided. Delivery is within 24-72 hours depending on location and public holidays. No delivery on Sundays. For any queries, feel free to get in touch at happy@immortalskin.co.za.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Order directly from our online store and you will receive a shipping quote before making your payment. Orders are sent via DHL and will take approximately 5 working days. Use the tracking information to trace your parcel online. Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We hope you will be totally delighted with any purchases you make. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your products. Send us a picture and your request to happy@immortalskin.co.za. We offer a full refund, exchange or replacement, provided products are in their original, unopened and undamaged condition. Should an exchange be requested, there will be a courier cost. Refunds are allocated as a credit on the online store.
